Psa. 3 title

Psa. 3 title
Psalms 140—145 are David’s final prayers. These psalms do not contain great or important matters, but as David’s prayers (especially in vv. 6-7; 141:3, 5b; Psa. 142:3, 5; 143:2, 6, 8, 9-10 and Psa. 144:1-2, 5, 12-15) they are full of the expressions of his intimacy with God. However, as in earlier psalms written by David, four of these six psalms are also full of the principle of good and evil (vv. 9-13; 141:10; 143:12; 145:20). See note Psa. 7:31.
