When the church is enlarged as a city (cf. Rev. 21:22 and note Rev. 21:221), in which we enjoy God as our everything (Psa. 46), God will subdue the peoples and the nations through the city and rule over all the earth in Christ as the great King (see note Psa. 46:101).
