bwoe to him through

It is
more profitable for him if a

aTake heed to yourselves. If your brother
bsins,

Teaching concerning service
17:7-10
Luke 17

17:7
But which of you, having a slave who is plowing or tending sheep, will say to him when he has come in from the field, Come immediately and recline
at table?
Luke 17
:8
17:8
Will he not rather say to him, Prepare something that I may dine, and
agird yourself and serve me until I eat and drink; and after that you will eat and drink?
Luke 17
:9
17:9
He does not thank the slave because he did the things which were ordered, does he?
Luke 17
:10
17:10
So also you, when you do all the things which are ordered you, say, We are
aunprofitable slaves; we have done what we ought to have done.

17:12
And as He entered into a certain village, ten

Teaching concerning the kingdom of God and the rapture of the overcomers
17:20-37
Luke 17
:20
17:20
And when He was questioned by the
aPharisees as to bwhen the kingdom of God was coming, He answered them and said, The
1ckingdom of God does
2not come with observation;
Luke 17
:21
17:21
Nor will they say, Behold,
ahere it is! or, There! For behold, the
1kingdom of God is in the midst of
2you.
Luke 17
:22
17:22
And He said to the disciples, The
adays will come when you will long to see one of the
bdays of the Son of Man, and you will
1not see
it.
Luke 17
:23
17:23
And they will say to you, Behold, there! Behold, here! Do not go away, nor run after
them.
Luke 17
:24
17:24
For just as
1lightning flashing from
one end 2of heaven shines to the
other end 2of heaven, so will the Son of Man be in His
aday.
Luke 17
:25
17:25
But first He must suffer many things and be
arejected by this generation.
Luke 17
:26
17:26
1aAnd even as it happened in the
2bdays of Noah, so will it be also in the
cdays of the Son of Man:
Luke 17
:27
17:27
They were eating, they were drinking, they were marrying, they were being given in marriage, until the day in which Noah entered into the
aark and the
bflood came and destroyed them all.
Luke 17
:28
17:28
Likewise, even as it happened in the
adays of
bLot: they were eating, they were drinking, they were buying, they were selling, they were planting, they were building;
Luke 17
:29
17:29
But on the day in which Lot went out from
aSodom, it rained fire and
bbrimstone from heaven and destroyed them all.
Luke 17
:30
17:30
It will be in the same way on the day in which the Son of Man is
arevealed.
Luke 17
:31
17:31
In that day, he who will be on the
ahousetop and his goods in the house, let him
1not come down to take them away; and he who is in the field, likewise, let him not turn back to the things behind.
Luke 17
:32
17:32
Remember 1Lot's wife.
Luke 17
:33
17:33
Whoever seeks to
1preserve his
asoul-life will lose it, and whoever loses
it will preserve it alive.
Luke 17
:34
17:34
1I tell you, In that night there will be
atwo on one bed; the one will be
2btaken and the other will be left.
Luke 17
:35
17:35
There will be two women
agrinding together; the one will be taken but the other will be left.
Luke 17
:36
17:36
1Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other will be left.
Luke 17
:37
