IV. Bringing the saints of different ages into an orderly life 2:1-8

Titus 2 :1 2:1 But you, speak the things which are fitting to the ^1ahealthy teaching.

Titus 2 :2 2:2 Exhort ^aolder men to be ^1btemperate, ^2cgrave, ³of a ^dsober mind, ^4ehealthy in ^ffaith, in love, in ^gendurance;

Titus 2 :3 2:3 ^aOlder women likewise to be in ¹demeanor as ^bbefits those who engage in ²sacred things, ³not ^cslanderers, nor ^4denslaved by much wine, ⁵teachers of what is ^egood,

Titus 2 :4 2:4 That they may ¹train the young women ²to love their husbands, to love their children,

Titus 2 :5 2:5 To be of a ^asober mind, ^bpure, workers at ^chome, ¹good, ^dsubject to their own husbands, that the ^2eword of God would not be ³blasphemed.

Titus 2 :6 2:6 The ^ayounger men likewise exhort to be of a ^bsober mind,

Titus 2 :7 2:7 Concerning all things ¹presenting yourself as a ^apattern of good works: in your teaching showing incorruption, ^2bgravity,

Titus 2 :8 2:8 ^aHealthy speech that cannot be ¹condemned, that ²he who ^bopposes may be put to ^cshame, having ³nothing evil to say about us.

V. Charging the slaves to behave well in the social system of slavery 2:9-15

Titus 2 :9 2:9 Exhort ^1aslaves to be subject to their own masters in all things, to be well pleasing, not contradicting,

Titus 2 :10 2:10 Not pilfering, but showing all good ¹faithfulness that they may ²adorn the teaching of our ^3aSavior God in all things.

Titus 2 :11 2:11 ¹For the ^2agrace of God, ³bringing salvation to ^ball men, has ^4cappeared,

Titus 2 :12 2:12 Training us that, denying ^1aungodliness and ^2bworldly lusts, we should live ^3csoberly and ^4drighteously and ^egodly in the ^fpresent age,

Titus 2 :13 2:13 ^1aAwaiting the ²blessed hope, even the ^bappearing of the ^3cglory of our ⁴great ^dGod and Savior, Jesus Christ,

Titus 2 :14 2:14 Who ^agave Himself ¹for us that He might ^2bredeem us ^cfrom all lawlessness and ^dpurify to Himself a ³particular ^epeople as His unique possession, ^fzealous of good works.

Titus 2 :15 2:15 ¹These things speak, and ^aexhort and ^2bconvict with all ^3cauthority. ⁴Let no one ^ddespise you.
