Psa. 4 :1 4:1 When I call out, answer me,
O God of my 1righteousness;
Make room for me when I am in straits;
Be gracious to me and hear my prayer.
Psa. 4 :2 4:2 O sons of men, how long will my glory be made a reproach?
How long will you love vanity, will you seek a lie? Selah
Psa. 4 :3 4:3 But know that Jehovah 1sets apart the faithful man for Himself.
Jehovah hears when I call out to Him.
Psa. 4 :4 4:4 aBe angry, yet do not sin;
Consider in your heart upon your bed,
And be silent. Selah
Psa. 4 :5 4:5 Offer sacrifices of righteousness,
And trust in Jehovah.
Psa. 4 :6 4:6 Many are those who say, Who will show us any good?
Lift up upon us the alight of Your countenance, O Jehovah.
Psa. 4 :7 4:7 You have put joy in my heart,
More than when the 1grain and new wine of others abound.
Psa. 4 :8 4:8 In peace I will both lie down and sleep,
For You alone, O Jehovah, cause me to dwell in safety.
