A Song; a aPsalm of David
Psa. 108 :1 108:1 aMy heart is fixed, O God;
I will sing, indeed I will sing psalms,
Even with my glory.
Psa. 108 :2 108:2 Awake, O harp and lyre!
I will awaken the dawn.
Psa. 108 :3 108:3 I will give thanks to You among the peoples, O Jehovah;
And I will sing psalms to You among the nations.
Psa. 108 :4 108:4 For Your lovingkindness is higher than the heavens,
And Your 1faithfulness reaches to the sky.
Psa. 108 :5 108:5 Be exalted above the heavens, O God;
And let Your glory be above all the earth.
Psa. 108 :6 108:6 aThat Your beloved ones may be delivered,
1Save with Your right hand, and answer 2us.
Psa. 108 :7 108:7 God has spoken in His 1holiness: I will exult;
I will divide Shechem
And measure out the Valley of Succoth.
Psa. 108 :8 108:8 Gilead is Mine; Manasseh is Mine;
And Ephraim is the helmet for My head;
Judah is My ascepter.
Psa. 108 :9 108:9 Moab is My washbowl;
Upon Edom I will cast My sandal;
Over Philistia I will shout.
Psa. 108 :10 108:10 Who will bring me into the fortified city?
Who will lead me to Edom?
Psa. 108 :11 108:11 Will not You, O God, who arejected us
And who did not go forth, O God, with our armies?
Psa. 108 :12 108:12 Give us help from the adversary,
For salvation by man is vain.
Psa. 108 :13 108:13 In God we will do valiantly,
And it is He who will tread down our adversaries.
